Our client within investment management requires a Manager, People Operations to join their team. The core mandate is to run the hiring engine: finding, attracting, and especially closing on exceptional product, design, engineering, and financial talent across the businesses they build. Beyond hiring, you will put real HR foundations under a growing portfolio of companies that this role supports. That means building a proper onboarding program, bringing professional rigor to HR documentation, policies, and talent assessments, and helping them shape and steady the culture as they grow.
You are likely a strong fit if you are a recruiter who genuinely closes, communicates crisply with founders and senior operators, and has the practical HR expertise to build credible foundations where none exist yet. This role has clear room to grow into a broader people leadership seat.
