Workplace Strategist

Our client, commercial real estate advisory is seeking a Workplace Strategist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the strategic process, excels in client engagement, and brings strong design and analytical skills to create innovative, human-centered workplaces. Responsibilities :

  • Support workplace strategy projects, including surveys, utilization studies, interviews, and workshops.
  • Develop functional programs, space plans, and feasibility studies using strong CAD skills.
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings clearly using advanced Excel tools.
  • Coordinate across project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely, aligned deliverables.
  • Facilitate the Project Discovery process, gathering insights through:
    • Staff surveys and functional programming questionnaires
    • Utilization and occupancy studies
    • Focus groups and interviews
    • Visioning sessions
    • Benchmarking
  • Translate research insights into strategic workplace solutions and design concepts.

Curious and adaptable, you thrive on engaging with clients at all levels, building trust and meaningful connections. Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments, you bring the focus and agility needed to deliver results without losing sight of the bigger picture.

 

Qualifications

  • Recognized Interior Design degree (mandatory).
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (advantageous).
  • Additional degrees such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or an MBA (bonus).

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in workplace strategy and design.
  • Excellent CAD skills for space planning and feasibility studies.
  • Strong Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting.
  • Project coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
