Our client, a Family Office based in Toronto, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their Executive Assistant and team with a wide range of administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tasks ranging from document management to coordinating meetings to ensuring the smooth operation of the office and more. Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining focused will be essential to your success. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and take pride in being discreet, with a strong understanding of the necessity for confidentiality.
