Job Description:
Our client, a boutique management consulting firm requires a Project Lead, Leadership to join their team. As the Project Lead, Leadership, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact leadership programs that deepen client relationships and support business growth. Reporting to the VP of Leadership & Client Engagement, you will serve as a project partner – leading the coordination of complex client engagements and ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, well-integrated, and aligned with client goals.

You will help ensure smooth execution, enhance the client experience, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and long-term value. Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Account Support
- Support the VP, Leadership & Client Engagement in managing key client accounts, maintaining trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow or expand engagements.
- Act as the primary administrative liaison for clients, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and summaries, and ensuring all touchpoints are proactively coordinated.
- Find and share timely, relevant articles and research to spark insight, add value, and deepen client engagement.
- Consolidate client feedback, highlighting relevant metrics and insights to track progress and demonstrate value.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement trends; surface insights to help inform strategic account decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce to enable client engagement, to track engagement milestones, and support proactive relationship and account management.
- Track the VP, Leadership & Client Engagement’s delivery targets and forecast availability.
Engagement & Project Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end coordination of leadership development programs, executive coaching, and assessment engagements to ensure smooth execution and delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Support coach-client matching and engagement logistics from intake to close, including gathering feedback and ensuring alignment and progress at every stage.
- Create and maintain, and share with clients, detailed project workplans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones; proactively flag risks or delays.
- Maintain tracking systems and engagement dashboards for real-time visibility to internal teams and clients.
- Administer assessments and feedback tools with care and precision, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.
- Create Salesforce entries for all opportunities and orders to support Finance & Administration with accurate invoicing, POs, and budget tracking.
Content, Material & Proposal Support
- Draft, edit, and format client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, proposals, and facilitation resources.
- Conduct research and gather inputs to support proposal development, program design, and tailored client materials.
- Ensure branding consistency, accuracy, and polish across all client deliverables and communication touchpoints.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
- Act as a key internal partner to the VP, Leadership & Client Engagement to support engagement management, communication, and delivery planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align priorities, manage resources and ensure the informed execution of all engagements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency, client experience, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, leadership development, or coaching program delivery.
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or talent development is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
