Job Description:

Our client within private equity requires an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable and payments in compliance with firm’s policies and procedures;
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data;
  • Preparing billing of expenses to portfolio companies;
  • Prepare bank deposits, wire transfers;
  • Reconcile bank and GL accounts;
  • Other ad-hoc reports and analysis

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience preferably within financial services
