Our client within residential real estate requires a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager will bring a passion for real estate and a strong market acumen to drive the company’s marketing initiatives. This role involves full ownership of the marketing department, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence. The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-driven marketer with expertise in digital marketing tools and social media. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and organizing events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with growth goals, emphasizing digital transformation and brand differentiation.
- Lead and expand the company’s marketing presence, managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create, distribute, and manage internal marketing communications, maintaining brand guidelines across teams.
- Collaborate with leasing and HR to attract prospects, employees, and investors through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Define KPIs and ROI metrics to evaluate the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
- Use digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns) to drive visibility, engagement, and leads.
- Design visually compelling content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Stay current on trends, leveraging innovative platforms and strategies to elevate digital marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Opus Clips, ChatGPT, Jasper) to enhance marketing efforts, content creation, and analytics.
- Plan and promote open houses, charity events, and other activities to boost brand presence.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand client relationships.
- Manage events, email marketing, and social campaigns to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
- Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
- Oversee marketing operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration across marketing initiatives.
- Apply business acumen to ensure marketing efforts support overall company growth.
Qualifications:
- Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to drive results-oriented marketing.
- Exceptional communication and detail-oriented content creation skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
- Proficiency with digital campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Google SEO, and CRM systems.
- Forward-thinking, adaptable, and eager to learn new trends and tools.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including strategy development and execution, with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Proven success in social media and digital marketing.
- Education in marketing, business, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI marketing platforms (Opus Clips, ChatGPT, Jasper) for content creation and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, evaluate ROI, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
