Job Description:

Our client within luxury fashion requires a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for running the day to day marketing activities of the organization, the long term marketing strategy for the Company and identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.


  • Manage marketing and communications strategy for the Company in line with Company objectives including campaigns, digital marketing and events
  • Manage all aspects of marketing operations
  • Create, manage and implement email marketing strategy (CRM campaigns and flows), marketing materials, collateral, print and digital campaign while staying on brand
  • Manage digital marketing at all levels including development of web traffic plans, creating goals and benchmarks to meet and generate monthly reports on Company’s marketing campaign’s performance
  • Manage digital agency’s execution of digital marketing strategy, track and analyze their performance to gain insight and assess against Company goals and report analytics to internal team
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Lead new collection and new product launches (outsource where needed)
  • Understand, develop and manage Company’s marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Curate and deliver engaging and strategic digital content for Company social media and all media channels to attract, engage and promote the brand
  • Manage and post on social media for the Company as well as manage and maintain online pages such as Yelp, YouTube, Google business pages, Wikipedia page, etc.
  • Manage and maintain Company website marketing-related-content including imagery and copywrite
  • Organize Company conferences, trade shows, major events and manage initiatives calendar
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant Company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Stay on top of evolving industry and consumer trends as we well as competition, and establish new and innovative approaches to reaching audiences and provide reporting on process improvement recommendations
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and staying up-to-date on fashion and consumer purchasing trends
  • Hire, manage, mentor, develop and performance-manage staff; foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among Company staff
  • Analyze internal data and leverage consumer research, to uncover trends and provide recommendations
  • Other administrative duties may apply


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Master Degree prefered
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience with creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.), SEO, SEM and understanding of Google and Meta ads
  • Must be results driven and flexible to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Natural self-starter, with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and team environment, also able to work alone
  • Adept in the art of building connections, rapport and personal relationships
  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude and a zest for dealing with clients
  • Expert communicator (verbal and written)
  • Highly developed multi-tasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
