Job Description:

Our client within asset management requires a Marketing Associate to join their team. This role will report to the Manager, Corporate Operations and will work collaboratively with the Chief Marketing Officer.   • Activities that evolve the firm’s recent rebranding campaign
  • Develop marketing campaigns, materials and various communications with guidance from business leaders
  • Generate and update pitches, proposals, and presentations
  • Produce graphic design artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Develop digital marketing content to be used on LinkedIn and websites
  • Manage company website with responsibilities such as general upkeep and maintenance using WordPress
  • Support the day-to-day design needs of our team and their marketing initiatives
  • Work on additional special marketing projects as assigned


  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles ideally with some experience working within a business in real estate sector or private equity
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized with a keen eye for detail, a high level of business maturity and solid decision- making skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Strong graphic design portfolio
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in WordPress backend website editing
  • Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite programs: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
