Job Description:

Our client, a residential asset & property management firm requires a Leasing Assistant to join their team. This role will support will support the VP of Asset Management & has the potential to earn commissions on signed leases.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting on vacancies
  • Marketing of vacant units across multiple platforms (view-it, rental.ca etc..)
  • Listing/removing updates
  • Scheduling/booking showings
  • Arranging keys
  • Ad hoc administration as needed
  • Act as a representative for the landlord; client-service oriented and willing to go the extra mile when meeting potential tenants including showing the units and building amenities.

Qualifications:

MUST have valid Ontario drivers license. Proven client service & MS Office skills required – experience working within residential real estate a plus.
