Job Description:

Our client within real estate brokerage services located in Etobicoke requires a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Manager to join their team. This individual will act as a team leader to manage all digital & print marketing initiatives and assist over 150 agents with their marketing strategy. To develop and execute content strategies that engage with the agent’s current and prospective clients through social media and email marketing efforts. Alongside the executive team, this leader will assist in planning and executing of several internal and external initiatives and their accompanying digital marketing strategy.

Armed with a strong understanding and experience in graphic design, this leader is responsible for managing agent websites, our automated agent content program, print marketing initiatives and the creation and maintenance of templated listing presentations, guidebooks, social media graphics and market report infographics. This leader will also work directly with our communications team to develop all internal and corporate communications collateral.


  • Direct and drive the overall marketing strategies of the brokerage including leading regular marketing strategy meetings & check-ins with leadership team
  • Collaboration on and execution of brokerage content calendars and supplementary materials for the brokerage and agents across all marketing and social media channels
  • Work with communications team to develop new ideas for presenting market research data, brokerage news, and listings information to clients across marketing & social media channels
  • Team manager and direct report for marketing coordinator and intern
  • Production of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, social media, advertisements, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc.)
  • Creation of social media graphics on behalf of brokerage
  • Creation and management of agent (templated) and brokerage websites
  • Management of agent email campaigns
  • Management and day-to-day go-to for all agent related CRM setup and inquiries
  • Agent training in digital ad set-up and management (Google, FB, IG, YouTube, etc.)
  • Creation, execution and optimization of brokerage digital advertising
  • Proactively identify sources of brokerage bottlenecks and provide potential solutions for marketing department issues
  • Actively seek new storytelling opportunities and provide input on new ways to improve engagement and growth across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to identify and champion new opportunities to elevate our external story
  • Continual audit of Marketing department offering ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Occasional social media support at events


  • Strong WordPress knowledge
    • Familiar with Elementor
  • Understanding of DNS & Name Servers
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience setting up, optimizing and running FB, IG and Google ads
  • Experience working with CRMs and email workflows
  • Proficiency with Canva & Adobe suites
  • Basic videography & editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable on the phone/virtual meet environment
  • Comfortable with small presentations both in person and virtually for agent training and program
