Job Description:

Our client, a real estate brokerage, is seeking a Deal Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering deals into Broker Wolf (Lonewolf) accounting system
  • Complete entire process of deal processing
  • Following up with agents about outstanding documents
  • Processing pre-construction deals
  • Invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission
  • Handling of incoming emails by responding in a timely manner
  • Preparing and sending commission invoices
  • Processing commission cheques
  • Uploading documents into paperless system
  • Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, and lawyers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in the (residential) real estate industry
  • Post-secondary related education
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Interest/demonstrated marketing experience
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and Lonewolf (mandatory)
