Job Description:

Our client, a tenant advisory real estate brokerage requires a Communications Associate to join their team. The Marketing and Communications Associate role enhances the organization’s brand and awareness internally and externally, ensures the delivery of high-quality client documents and ensures thorough and intentional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in development & implementation of all communication material including presentations, standard templates, client deliverable documents
  • Proactively utilize marketing material created by the global marketing team
  • Participate in corporate marketing calls
  • Prepare documents for clients – new business pitches, questionnaire
  • Create sublease flyers and distributed via marketing platform and website
  • Assist in the creation of Marketing Plans for individual service lines across the organization
  • Assist in creation of quarterly reports and associated videos
  • Review/edit documents created by the shared services team
  • Create graphic design elements as/when needed
  • Ensure integrity of corporate brand standards
    • Lead all RFP responses as part of the business unit teams
    • Create new employee profiles and announcements
    • Create customized sales material as required
    • Create and distribute internal communication content/messaging as directed by the Senior leadership team
    • Curate content for social media feeds
    • Help maintain the corporate website and landing page(s) to ensure content is refreshed regularly

 

Support the team with the creation of the following:

  • Monthly internal newsletter
  • Quarterly market report including the blast/share, and track analytics
  • Whitepapers, blog posts, articles, and other business development materials
  • Create and distribute content via direct email marketing platform (ACT ON)
  • Assist in creation of video scripts
  • Other initiatives as required to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the role and shared services

You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment where no two days are the same. You also love to learn and exchange ideas with others to achieve amazing results.

  • Design experience (InDesign, PowerPoint, Adobe creative suite)
  • Experience with writing for digital media, newsletters, and marketing copy
  • Creative eye for design with ability to provide engaging materials
  • Attention to detail while juggling multiple projects and meeting critical timelines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment
  • Positive individual with a huge passion for supporting others with marketing activities
  • Team player, always looking for ways to improve processes and make a difference
