Client Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Our client, a private wealth family office requires a Client Operations Analyst to join their team. The analysts provide direct client service support and their focus generally encompasses the following areas:

• Client reporting – preparing quarterly investment reporting packages using internal reporting processes.
• Data Governance – ownership of client documentation, compliance and general firm documentation
• Client accounting – providing support to complete financial statement and tax compliance deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in compiling client quarterly investment reporting.
• Managing client documentation (i.e. account openings, Compliance) to ensure proper processes have been followed and filed properly
• Completing other ad hoc tax and accounting tasks as required.
• Executing other ad hoc requests and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
• Experience in the investment industry is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of varying priority.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a timeline-driven environment and to integrate and add value in a team environment.
• Desire to acquire skills and build a long-term career in a unique environment.
