Job Description:

Our client, a boutique insurance firm downtown specializing in life insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients require a Brand and Marketing Manager to join their team. They are seeking an entrepreneurial thinker who is results-oriented, energetic, and passionate to communicate the brand. As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to guide and evolve the company’s identity, spearheading the execution and management of all related strategies, initiatives, and events.


Given the multi-faceted nature of this role, the ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative team player who can communicate effectively and multitask efficiently on multiple projects. This individual is hungry for self-growth and can work independently, owning each assigned project.


  • Develop, implement, and continually evolve a brand strategy, aligning our vision and goals with the visual identity, personality, and voice used in all external communications.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets through in-house creation and external partnerships to achieve a consistent brand experience.
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of company events, from ideation through execution. Manage digital marketing efforts, such as companies’ websites and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the companies’ engagements and strive for continuous improvements.


  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, event planning roles, preferably in the professional services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of having a good eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Confident and outgoing individual who can engage with customer segments and understand their needs
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of web tools and concepts such as WordPress, SEO, etc…
  • Must be proficient in Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) Experience with Salesforce is an asset
