Job Description:

Our client located in Ottawa requires a Bilingual Communications Coordinator to join their team. As Coordinator, Communications, you’ll be active in a variety of communications functions, including communications planning, content development, publishing, measurement and evaluation, and maintaining digital assets.


  • Develop and coordinate in-person, hybrid and virtual special events
  • Coordinate copywriting, editing and translations
  • Manage a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of the company’s website
  • Coordinate production of various publications, such as our weekly newsletter
  • Help produce promotional items, exhibits and trade show materials
  • Monitor brand compliance of communications products
  • Organize and provide support for corporate photo shoots
