Job Description:

Our client is recruiting for an Asset Management Coordinator, Real Estate who is a result oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative management of X’s residential rooftop solar portfolio
  • Act as primary point of contact with homeowners, field operational personnel and other stakeholders to achieve full operational and financial success of the portfolio
  • Develop maintenance strategies to ensure the portfolio is meeting performance expectations
  • Maintain asset management tools, data files and records of the asset portfolio, including managing monthly generation payments from utility companies
  • Account for and remain aware of issues, trends and portfolio requirements, including assessment of portfolio risks
  • Deliver innovative solutions to address issues as applicable
  • Prepare internal and external reports that summarize the portfolio status (including financial updates, performance, and issues tracking)
  • Responsible for contract management activities such as support, compliance and payment administration

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college certificate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on asset administration and coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or power sectors
  • Previous experience working with contractors and trades on execution of service agreements
  • Previous experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work on projects as a reliable team member and as a strong individual contributor
  • Partnership-based approach with respect for internal and external counterparties
  • Creativity in troubleshooting with innovation in a time-sensitive manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and leadership
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Previous experience in residential solar is an asset
  • Ability to understand drawings, specifications and code requirements is an asset
  • High competency using Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
