Job Description:
Our client requires an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients (award winners), in the Ontario markets. Working with the marketing and sales teams, you are the point of contact for winners aiding in the development, implementation, and execution of their marketing and promotional programs. Your role will combine excellent client servicing, with hands-on execution, ensuring client satisfaction and the achievement of your market’s programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the market’s sales contact and the internal marketing team (creative and media departments).
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (award winners), maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Project Management:Oversee the timely delivery of marketing projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with sales, creative, and media team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage client expectations effectively
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com etc.) is a plus.
