Downtown investment management firm requires an Administrative Assistant to join their client services group.  Reporting to the VP of Client Relations, this individual will play an important role in helping the team become more effective, efficient and responsive to the stakeholders.  Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assist team in the organization of client and prospect meetings
• Schedule internal and external meetings for team 
• Compile client/prospect profiles to help team prepare for meetings
• Prepare client and prospect presentation materials
• Prepare and distribute client reporting materials
• Work closely with other members of the team to organize client and firm events
• Oversee and manage client and prospect profiles in CRM database
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of client service best practices 
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing communication materials 
• Make travel arrangements and organize marketing trips, including the preparation of all required materials and itinerary
• Assist and provide back up with reception duties 
• Other duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Two to four years’ of administrative experience within the financial services industy
• University degree 
• Ability to be resourceful and work independently, but also extremely team oriented 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills and aptitude for database management

Salary: $50-55k
