Our client, a financial services company located in North York requires a HR Assistant to join their team on a three month temporary basis. 

Job Description:
• Scheduling in person and skype interviews in Outlook
• Background checks using third-party vendor
• Initiating new hires using Lotus Notes 
• Posting roles on our careers site, social media sites, and partner schools sites
• Coordinating events, ordering food, handling logistics with school coordinators
• 2+ years administrative experience, experience with Excel, general Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in HR or with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus

Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, professional
• Someone who is starting out, eager to learn
• OK with repetitive tasks
• Adaptable, quick learner
• Not afraid to ask questions
• HR schooling preferred (internship acceptable)
