Downtown private equity fund management firm requires an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.This individual will provide day to day administrative support to the President & Chief Operating Officer and general administrative support to the team along with the coordination of all travel, meetings and conferences, etc.  


  • Manage executive calendar and e-mail
  • Manage executive files (hard copy and electronic files)
  • Complete industry research
  • Preparation of presentations, written correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Schedule all meetings, conference calls and appointments
  • Preparation of expense reports
  • Coordinate travel, staff events, conferences, new hires, etc. with the Office Manager
  • Coordinate website updates
  • Coordinate IT matters with the Office Manager
  • Coordinate the signing of invoices and documents by Executive and Executive team
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Provide reception relief as required
  • Manage general office tasks


  • 5+ years of senior-level administrative experience at an executive level
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (2010)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
