Investment management company downtown requires a Systems Administrator to join their team. The offices will be moving from downtown Toronto to Mississauga (close to the airport).

Duties and Responsibilities
• Planning and controlling system changes
• Managing quality assurance programs; system maintenance; initiating corrective actions
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Review all trust accounting statements for discrepancies before forwarding them to Controller
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Complete audits

• 1-3 years of industry experience
• Working knowledge of Winfund, Excel, SQL, Python, and Fundserv policies and standards
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus)
• Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making
