Digital marketing company located in Scarborough (TTC accessible AND onsite parking) requires a Billings/Office Administrator to join their team. Seeking a customer service focused individual with proven multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities. Responsibilities include:

• Customer onboarding assistance
• Set up/process credit cards using online billing/invoice platform
• Manage/follow up on delinquent invoices
• Help customers understand credit card charges 
• Answer the phones and provide administrative support

Candidate Profile:
• High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
• An efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently & under pressure
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
