Our client, an international property management company requires a Facilities Procurement Manager to join their team. This role will oversee procurement for all office locations globally. 

Purchase equipment and services
Work to obtain quality equipment with competitive prices in a timely fashion
Negotiate advantageous terms and pricing with vendors
Develop and implement strategies/protocol for equipment 
Research new products and services to meet company's goals
Reconcile vendor accounts at the end of the month.
Ensure credit for returns and reverse distribution

Role requirements:

Minimum of 5 years relative experience in purchasing/procurement role
Bachelor's Degree required
Detailed oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and clients
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and demonstrate value contribution through negotiated savings, competitive bidding and cycle times
In depth knowledge and experience of procurement and contract negotiation
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and web-based automated purchasing systems
