Professional services firm requires a Jr. Office Coordinator to join their team.  In this role, the Office Coordinator is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, you will represent the company in a responsible and respectful manner.  Strong computer skills a must! 

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and clients to make sure each and every visitor has a great experience from the time they walk in to the time they leave
• Answer all incoming calls and relay voicemail messages accordingly
• General administration duties (Filing, record keeping, telephone extension updates etc.)
• Process and distribute incoming mail, packages and invoices throughout the day
• Ensure office supply inventory is up-to-date, the general office is neat and tidy and all office equipment is maintained in good working order at all times
• Update all operational manuals, forms, and lists once changes have been made
• Facilitating food and beverage preparations for internal and client based meetings
• Take responsibility for ensuring the office is running smoothly by overseeing everything from the stock, to the cleanliness and overall organization of the conference rooms and common areas
