Downtown financial services company requires an Executive Assistant to support the head of their real estate group. The role requires someone with strong leadership skills that is confident, self-sufficient, proactive and enjoys a challenge.

 This individual will be responsible for the following: 

• Client management – answering incoming calls, responding to emails
• Inbox management and calendar management
• Meeting coordination of varying complexity
• Travel arrangements
• Expense management
• Collaboration with marketing as well as independently on conferences and closing events
• Coordinating team building/social events
• Track and record group attendance and vacations
• Salesforce - data input and reporting
• Human resources support for group head during evaluations
• Go-to person for a myriad of requests from; IT services, sending various communications, event planning, process improvements, compiling data, report interpretation

 Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Three to five years of executive level administrative experience within real estate
• Must be very detail-oriented and organized, with emphasis on accuracy and completeness of task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to work independently with minimal supervision
